Three agencies, the FBI, CIA and DEA, break into a house with the same intention: to kill a terrorist HARPIE agent. At first, not knowing their operations have overlapped, they all point guns at each other, but then realizing they have the same objective, they all focus on terrorist Lily. They get her at gunpoint and one of the agents wants to blow her head off, but the others stop him.
